Philippians 2:3-4
Don't be selfish; don't try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don't look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others too.
Well, tonight was a busy night. Mackenzie had her 5th grade play, which she did a great job in! The play was called "A Kids Life", and it was about a brother and sister who visit their grandparents for the day and learn how to have fun without all of their "techno stuff". They actually play board games, and make a band playing pots and pans and learn how to jump rope! The play kinda made me feel old, because these were the things that we did as kids for fun. I didn't realize how out dated those kind of things were. It also made me think that the family game night that we do once a month is even more important than I thought :)
So, since we had to be at the play, I don't have any great recipes to share tonight. We did however have a yummy dinner :
Just follow the directions on the bag and you have a fast and yummy dinner! Trader Joe's Orange chicken is really good and Uncle Ben's Boil-in Bag Rice is super easy.
God Bless,

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Hello Everyone! Today, actually last night, I decided that I wanted to start a blog. "Why", you ask? Well because there's always something going on in my life, whether it be a family thing, a new recipe tried, some DIY action or something new on my Journey in Faith :) So I thought, what better way to end each day, than to write about it.
I REALLY like to cook lately, so there will be lots of recipes included with my blogs, and when I remember to take them, there will be pictures to go along with them :)
So, I hope you enjoy reading! Please feel free to add any comments.
God Bless!
Kelly K.
